At the meet + greet one or all of us will meet with you and your pet(s), go over our services and pricing, discuss your needs, fill out your private online profile, and get you set up on our online pet portal (for scheduling and payments).

Policies

IMPORTANT POLICIES

General Policies

Initial meet + greet required for all new/prospective clients prior to scheduling. Fee must be paid prior to meeting, $10 of M&G fee will be credited to first invoice. 

If a key is required for entry, and you are not using a lockbox, one key must be provided at meet & greet, two if less than 24 hours from first service, to keep on file until you no longer wish to be a client. 

 

We will always reply to all communication from prospective AND current clients within 72 hours. Please mark emergency/immediate-response correspondence accordingly.

 

Additional charges for holidays, weekends, extended hours, extended areas, last-minute scheduling, and last-minute cancellations are detailed under pricing.

Scheduling accepted on all holidays with additional +$5/service charge, +$10 on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

 

Scheduling accepted outside of regular hours pending availability. See ‘additional charges’ under pricing.

Walk Policies

All dogs must be leashed on walks unless agreed upon by both client and walker in writing & filed with Corinne.

 

All dogs must have proper collar/leash/harness for their abilities as discussed at meet + greet.

Pet Care Providers reserve the right to shorten any walk for weather-related and other until-then-unforeseen reasons. We will always inform you if and why a walk has been shortened, and ensure that the time will be made up on a future walk when conditions are better, or that the charge is ammended to reflect the change.

 

Unless a walk is marked SOLO, dog must be generally dog-friendly and ok in a car. This, however, does not mean that the dog will always receive a group walk or be transported.

 

All walks/visits include fresh water, meals and meds if needed, check-in/out through system, and service note sent to client at end of walk/visit.

Medication

All medication administration provided free of charge, just let us know what you need so we can schedule the right provider for that service

Boarding Policies

We provide overnight services in the client's home for all new and current clients.  If you require dog boarding in our home, your dog must be on a regular walk schedule with us for at least two months prior to your trip.

Overnights at client homes are guaranteed 6p-6a with dogs, 9p-6a without dogs, unless modified by client and sitter.

 

Mid-day walks must be scheduled separately from overnight visits, as well as beginning and end of boardings.

 

All overnights and boardings include evening walks, bedtime and morning potty breaks, meals, and meds.

 

Boarding pick-up is between 4p & 6p and drop-off is between 8a & 10a unless otherwise discussed. An additional $20-40 upcharge occurs if partial day boarding is required outside of these times.

Each boarding & overnight date requires 48-hour cancellation notice or full payment for that date

* ALL boardings & overnights between Memorial Day & Labor Day, and those including Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years, require a non-refundable 50% deposit 1 month prior to the first date, or forfeiture of dates
